Across South Africa and the continent, industry initiatives are working to increase the participation and advancement of women in mining and related value chains. We share the vision of organisations such as Women in Mining South Africa and the South African Women in Mining Association, and we align our partnerships with the broader goal of a safer, more inclusive and sustainable industry.
How this shapes our work
As a women-led trading platform, we bring a collaborative and long- term mindset to negotiations, project structuring and community impact. We aim to contribute to an ecosystem where women can build careers in mining, trading and logistics, while African resources are developed in a way that benefits local communities and international partners alike.
